※ ライセンスフリー蛍光物質とクエンチャーの選択について

ライセンスフリーの蛍光物質とクエンチャーを用いてマルチプレックスPCRを行う場合、ご使用のPCR機器の励起・検出波長のスペックを確認する必要があります。PCR機器のスペックにより、組合せ表中の蛍光物質とクエンチャーの使用の可・不可が決まります。
蛍光物質とクエンチャーの組合せは、原則として『ATTOシリーズ』か『Tideシリーズ(TF・TQ)』から選択ください。単一の組合せがない場合は、異なるシリーズの組合せでもプローブとして使用することが可能です。
